Pricing

Pick the modules you need. Pay per brand.

Every feature is a module with its own price. A cafe that only wants to post pays for scheduling and nothing else. An agency switches on the inbox and the CRM for the clients who need them. Add or remove a module whenever you like and Stripe prorates the difference.

  • Just posting (Social Scheduling) $24/mo
  • Posting with AI content (Social Scheduling + AI Content Studio) $48/mo
  • Posting, replies and leads (Social Scheduling + Conversations + CRM + Automations) $81/mo
  • Everything (All-in bundle) (900 AI credits a month) $145/mo

How it works

Six jobs, one place

Plan and publish the content. Answer whoever replies, in the inbox or on the phone, and let them book a time with you. Follow up the ones who want to buy. Each is a module; together they are the whole week's marketing.

1. Create and schedule

One upload, five platforms, each with its own caption and preview

Pick the platforms, set the crop focus per network, and write or generate a caption for each one. Instagram gets the hashtags, LinkedIn gets the longer version, YouTube gets a title, description and playlist. Schedule once and PromoPilot publishes each post at its time.

  • Month and week calendar with drag-and-drop rescheduling and platform filters
  • AI captions and images in your brand's tone, colours and fonts
  • Approval links for clients and managers before anything goes live
  • Stories, Reels, Shorts, carousels, YouTube playlists and first comments

2. Reply and convert

Every DM, comment and email in one inbox, with the contact's details beside it

Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, comments and email land in one list. Beside each thread you see who the person is, how to reach them and which teammate owns it, and their full contact record, with notes and past activity, is one click away. Draft the reply yourself or let PromoPilot AI write the first version.

  • Assign, snooze, tag and bulk-close conversations
  • AI summaries of long threads and AI-drafted replies
  • Contacts with tags, custom fields, notes and a full timeline
  • Send from your own email domain

3. Let them book

Booking pages that only offer the times you are free

Give each kind of meeting its own link, with its length, who takes it (one person, or round robin across the team), the notice you need, a gap between bookings, a daily limit and your questions. Visitors see only free times, around your working hours, time off and public holidays, and two people can never book the same time. Every meeting lands in CRM > Calendar, in week, month and agenda views, beside your scheduled posts, email broadcasts and playbook messages.

  • By phone, in person, on a Zoom, Teams or Meet link you paste in, or at their address
  • Each booking becomes a contact, can open a deal and records the ad or post that brought them
  • They get a calendar invite and a link to move or cancel; you get an email and a notification
  • The one-click Booked call journey emails them a day and an hour before and sends no-shows a link to rebook

Included in every paid plan and in the CRM + Automations module. Put the booking form on any funnel step or website page, and follow your meetings in iPhone, Mac, Outlook or Google Calendar with a private subscribe link.

4. Follow up and close

A pipeline for the leads and playbooks that chase them for you

Drag deals across a Kanban board with values and lead scores. Build a playbook once, on a canvas, and let it send the welcome email, wait two days, send the DM, and stop the moment the person replies so a human takes over.

  • Triggers for new contacts, form submissions, tags, comments and payments
  • Email, DM, SMS, wait, branch, split test, webhook and AI conversation steps
  • Templates for welcome drips, lead qualification and win-backs
  • A run history that shows exactly what was sent to whom

5. Put money behind what works

Meta ads from the same place as the posts

Connect your Meta ad account once. Boost a published post as a real ad with a budget and an end date, or type two sentences into the ad wizard and it drafts the goal, the copy, the headline, the lead form and the audience, with a live preview of the ad. Nothing spends until you press activate. Open on every paid plan.

  • Lead form submissions land in the CRM as contacts and pipeline cards
  • Audiences synced from Meta, custom audiences built from your contacts
  • The ROAS dashboard joins ad spend with pipeline revenue, first or last touch
  • Conversions API sends pipeline stage changes back to Meta so it optimises for real customers

6. Answer the phone

An AI receptionist picks up when you can't

Buy a phone number in PromoPilot and give it an AI agent. It tells callers it is an AI assistant, answers their questions from your services and opening hours, takes a message when someone wants a call back, and puts them through to you when they ask for a person. Every call lands in the CRM with a summary, the messages taken and the full transcript.

  • Messages are emailed to you when the call ends
  • Each call can start a playbook: open a deal, text the caller back, remind the team
  • Put through to your mobile or office line on a UK or US number
  • Pick the model for each agent: Fast 10, Balanced 12, Best 15 credits a minute

The AI Receptionist module is $29 a month per brand, with 1 AI agent and 300 credits a month. Each extra agent is $10 a month. The phone number it answers is added to your plan from $6 a month.

Brand kit and content library

Store your logo, colours, fonts, tone and hashtags once. Every AI generation uses them. Keep images, videos and carousels in folders with tags and search.

Sites, funnels and checkout

Build a website, landing page or funnel on your own domain with free SSL, take payments with Stripe, sell a course, and send every form into the CRM.

Teams, approvals and several brands

Invite teammates to the brands they work on, send posts to clients for sign-off, and switch between brands from the sidebar. Each brand bills separately.

MCP server

Run it from Claude

Included with every account

Connect Claude Code (or any MCP client that can reach a remote server with an API key) to your account and the bulk work becomes a conversation: schedule a week of posts from a brief, move a deal, add a video to a playlist, pull the upcoming calendar. Every industry page shows what that looks like for that kind of business. Schedulers such as Buffer and Metricool expose posting; PromoPilot's server also covers contacts, pipelines, conversations, playbooks, UTM links and YouTube.

  • Create, edit and cancel posts
  • Upload to the library
  • Contacts, tags and notes
  • Pipelines and opportunities
  • Inbox replies and notes
  • Playbook runs
  • YouTube playlists and comments
  • UTM links and short links

Create a key in Settings, paste one command into Claude Code or Cursor, and you are connected. A key can be limited to one brand, and revoked at any time. How to connect your assistant

If you only need to schedule, Buffer is cheaper

PromoPilot earns its place when you also want the replies, the leads or a website in the same tool, and when you want to pay per brand rather than per channel, per user or per sub-account.

Who it is for

Built for the person who does the marketing and everything else

The owner-operator

You run the shop, the clinic or the restaurant and social media happens at 10pm. Plan the week in one sitting, answer the DMs from one screen, pay for one or two modules.

The freelancer or creator

You post across five networks and sell a service or a course. Schedule the content, capture leads with a form, nurture them with a playbook and take payment on your own site.

The small agency

You manage a handful of client brands. Keep each one separate, get posts approved by a link, bill modules per client and get a volume discount from the third brand on.

PromoPilot is a social media management platform for small businesses, creators and agencies. It schedules posts to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, writes and designs them with AI, collects every DM and email in one inbox, and keeps leads in a CRM with pipelines and automations. You pay per brand for only the modules you switch on.

Each module is priced per brand per month from $20. The All-in bundle with every core module is $145 a month. Yearly billing saves about 17 percent. With several brands, the third to fifth get 10 percent off, the sixth to tenth 15 percent and every one after that 20 percent, set when that brand subscribes; it does not combine with a discount code.

Creating an account is free and you can set up your brand before you pay. Publishing, AI generation and the inbox need at least one module switched on. There are no contracts and you can cancel a module at any time.

Instagram (feed, Reels and Stories), Facebook (feed and Stories), TikTok, YouTube (including Shorts, playlists and a first comment) and LinkedIn.

Yes. PromoPilot is a UK company. When your browser lists UK English among its languages, every price is shown and charged in pounds sterling; otherwise prices are in US dollars. Your currency is fixed when you subscribe. Card payments go through Stripe.

Yes, on every paid plan. Connect your Meta ad account, boost a published post as an ad with a budget and an end date, or describe what you want and the ad wizard drafts the goal, copy, headline, lead form and audience for you. Lead form submissions land in the CRM as contacts and pipeline cards, and the reports show spend, leads and return on ad spend by campaign. Nothing spends until you press activate.

Yes, with the AI Receptionist module: $29 a month per brand, with 1 AI agent and 300 credits a month included. Each extra agent is $10 a month. The phone number it answers is added to your plan from $6 a month. Buy a phone number in PromoPilot and an AI agent answers it: it says it is an AI assistant, answers questions from your services and opening hours, takes messages and puts callers through to you on a UK or US number. Every call shows in the CRM with a summary and the full transcript. Calls use credits for each started minute, by the model you pick (Fast 10, Balanced 12, Best 15 credits a minute), and minutes put through to you cost 5 credits each.

Yes, on every paid plan and in the CRM + Automations module. Each kind of meeting gets its own booking page, at a link such as promo-pilot.com/book/free-consultation/, with its length, who takes it (one person, or round robin across your team), the notice you need, a gap between bookings, a daily limit and your own questions. Only free times are offered, around your working hours, time off and public holidays, and two people can never book the same time. Meet by phone, in person, on a video link you paste in, or at their address. Each booking becomes a contact, can open a deal and add tags, and records the ad or post that brought them. They get an email with a calendar invite and a link to move or cancel, playbooks can send the reminders and the follow-up, and every meeting shows in CRM > Calendar beside your scheduled posts.

On Amazon Web Services: the application and database run in the London region and uploaded media is stored in the Ireland region. Social media tokens are encrypted at rest and every account can turn on two-factor authentication.

Removing a single module switches it off straight away and Stripe credits the unused days against your next invoice. A module that came in a bundle stays billed at the bundle price until you change bundle or cancel. Cancelling the whole subscription keeps everything on until the end of the period you have paid for. Either way your posts, contacts and content stay in your account, and switching a module back on restores access to them.

Yes. Each brand has its own calendar, accounts, inbox, CRM and modules. Switch between brands in one click, invite team members, and your third brand on a plan and every one after it get 10 to 20 percent off.

No. The AI studio writes captions and creates images from a description, using the colours, fonts and tone you store in your brand kit.

Yes, and it is included with every account at no extra cost. Add PromoPilot to Claude on the web, Desktop or mobile as a custom connector and sign in, or connect Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP clients. Then schedule posts, upload media, answer the inbox, move pipeline cards and manage YouTube playlists from a conversation. See how it works at /mcp-server/.
