Getting Started with Campaigns
Part of the AI Content Studio module.
A campaign turns one idea into a run of posts: one for every day and every account you pick, each with its own caption and image. Open Campaigns in the sidebar and click New Campaign. Creating a campaign is free, and nothing is posted until you schedule it.
1. Idea
Pick a starter idea or start blank. Name the campaign and write the brief: what you are promoting, the facts that matter and what people should do. Starters leave parts in [brackets] for you to replace. The goal is optional and steers every caption.
2. When and where
Choose the start date and the length (1 to 30 days), then the accounts. Campaigns make image posts, so Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts are listed; TikTok and YouTube need video. Days times accounts is the number of posts.
3. Details (optional)
Add notes, up to 5 documents (PDF, Word .docx, TXT, Markdown or CSV, 10 MB each) whose text PromoPilot AI reads, a link with UTM tracking and an optional short link, and the kind of content, which decides the reference designs suggested later. Scanned PDFs have no text to read, so paste the key points.
4. Voice
Say who it is for (filled in from your brand settings) and an optional tone. With Use my brand voice on, captions follow the personality and writing style in Brand details. Advanced caption instructions are optional.
5. Review
Check everything, see how many posts it makes and what the later stages cost, then click Create Campaign. Your progress is saved in your browser, so you can leave to connect an account and come back (attached documents have to be added again).
After creating
Start caption writing (charged once for the whole campaign), then approve, edit or regenerate each caption. Pick a topic reference and a style reference, generate one image per approved caption (charged per image), and schedule the posts to your Content Calendar, or let PromoPilot AI suggest posting times.
