Cancelling
Cancel a brand subscription whenever you like from the Subscription page in your portal sidebar. No notice period, no cancellation fee.
What happens
- Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for
- At that point billing stops and the modules switch off
- Your content, contacts, sites and brand kit stay in your account
- Resubscribe later and everything comes back as you left it
Is there a free trial?
No. Billing starts when you subscribe. You can start with a single module and add more as you need them, so you are never paying for parts of PromoPilot you do not use.
Cancelling one brand does not touch your other brands. Each brand is billed separately.
