Using a discount code
A discount code takes money off the first month or first few months of a brand plan, for example 50% off your first 2 months. After that the plan carries on at its normal price, and you can cancel at any time.
- Open Pricing and choose Monthly billing.
- Click Have a discount code?, type the code and click Apply.
- Pick a bundle or your own modules and click Subscribe. Stripe checkout shows the lower price.
A link with ?code= in it, such as promo-pilot.com/pricing/?code=LAUNCH50 or a sign-up link from an ad, saves the code for you. The sign-up page says it is saved and what it takes off, and the code stays with your account through sign-up, verifying your email and logging in, even on another browser, so the Pricing page fills it in. Click Remove next to a code to stop it being filled in.
The rules
- Codes work on monthly billing only. Yearly billing already saves about 17%.
- Each account can use a code once, on one brand.
- Some codes are for new customers only: accounts that have never paid for a brand plan.
- A code can't be added on top of the volume discount your third and later brands get. You keep the volume discount, which lasts for the life of the plan.
- Codes can't be added to a plan you already pay for.
If a code is refused, the message under the box says why. After too many wrong codes in a row, wait about 15 minutes before trying again.
