Creating Your Account

Sign Up

1. Go to promo-pilot.com and click Get Started.
2. Enter your first name, last name, email, and a strong password (at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and a special character).
3. Click Create Account. If our automatic spam check can't confirm the sign-up, a One more step page may ask you to tick I'm not a robot and press Create my account. It keeps your details for 20 minutes, so you don't type them again.
4. A Check your email page shows the address we sent the link to. Open the email called Verify Your Email Address and tap Verify my email.

Email not there? Check your spam or promotions folder, or press Send it again on the Check your email page. If you try to log in before verifying, the login page offers Send the email again, which works without being signed in. Every email has the same link, and we send at most three every ten minutes.

First Login

After verifying, log in with your email and password. The first time, a short setup asks about your business and names your brand (a website such as mybakery.co.uk is fine without https://). Then you land on the Portal Dashboard for that brand, which gives you an overview of your brands, posts, credits, and connected accounts.
