The Create New page is where every new post starts. Open it with the Create New button at the bottom of the sidebar, or the + button in the middle of the bottom bar on mobile.
Posting always follows three steps: add your media, write your caption and choose your channels, then publish now or schedule it for later.
- Create a post (start here) - Upload your own photos or a video from your device. Single images, carousels and videos all work. Press Save to Library to keep it for later, or Create Post to go straight to the calendar, write your caption and pick a time. Uploading uses no AI credits.
- Schedule from your library - Already have content in your Content Library? Open the calendar, pick a day and choose what to post.
- Create Ad - Choose a goal, a creative and an audience and launch a Meta ad in a few steps. Shown when ads are available on your account.
