You can import media files directly from Google Drive into your Content Library.
Connecting Google Drive
- In the Content Library, click the Google Drive import option.
- You will be redirected to Google to authorize read-only access.
- Grant permission and you will be sent back to PromoPilot.
Browsing and Importing
- Browse your Drive files and folders directly inside PromoPilot.
- Click into folders to navigate deeper.
- Use the search bar to find files by name.
- Select individual files or import an entire folder at once.
- Imported files are added to your Content Library with thumbnails generated automatically.
Disconnecting
To disconnect Google Drive, go to the import panel and click Disconnect. Your previously imported files remain in the library.
Only image and video files are shown. Google Drive access is read-only - PromoPilot cannot modify or delete your Drive files.
