The toolbar at the top of the content library finds any asset:
- Search - Search by asset name, caption, or tags. Press / to jump to the search box.
- Type - Switch between all media, images and videos.
- Status tabs - Unpublished (the default: what has not been scheduled or posted yet), Scheduled, Published and All.
- Sort - Newest first, oldest first, or by name.
- Filters - Narrow by date added, post theme, where it was created from, any status, and aspect ratio (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9, etc.). Every filter you turn on shows as a chip you can remove, and Clear all resets them.
- Show archived - Archived assets are hidden until you turn this on.
- Show expired - PromoPilot removes stored media after the storage period (120 days by default) and keeps the posts that used it. Expired assets have no file left, so they are hidden; the library says how many and Show brings them back.
- Card size - Switch between large and small cards. Your choice is remembered on that device.
