PromoPilot supports five platforms. To connect an account:
- Open Brand & Accounts from the sidebar (make sure the right brand is active in the brand switcher).
- Pick Social accounts.
- Click Connect on the platform's card.
- You will be redirected to the platform's OAuth page to authorize PromoPilot.
- Select the page/account you want to connect (if you have multiple).
- Once authorized, the account appears as connected.
Platform Requirements
- Instagram - Must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.
- Facebook - You must be an admin of the Page you want to connect.
- TikTok - Standard TikTok account.
- YouTube - A YouTube channel associated with your Google account.
- LinkedIn - LinkedIn Page or personal profile.
Needs reconnecting
When Facebook ends the login PromoPilot uses (for example after you change your Facebook password, or after a Facebook security check), every Facebook Page and Instagram account connected through it stops working at once. PromoPilot marks them Needs reconnecting and sends you a notification. Posts scheduled to them fail until you reconnect, and you cannot schedule new posts to them.
To fix it, click Reconnect on any of those accounts and sign in again. One sign-in renews every Facebook Page and Instagram account that login manages, in all of your brands. Each page stays in the brand it belongs to. Posts that already failed need to be rescheduled.
