The Inbox (CRM > Inbox) keeps every conversation with a contact in one thread. The folders above the list (Open, Mine, Unassigned, Unread, Snoozed, Closed) filter it, and More holds the Team list and your saved views.
On a phone
- Tap a conversation to open it full screen. The back arrow, or your phone's back button, returns to the list.
- The three dots open the contact, with Assign, Snooze, Close, Mark as unread and Delete.
- Tap Select to pick several conversations.
Assign conversations to your team
- Open a conversation and use the Assign button at the top to hand it to anyone on your team.
- Or select several conversations and choose Assign in the bar above the list.
- The Team list under More shows what each teammate owns. Click a name to see their conversations.
- Teammates appear once you invite them from Team in the user menu.
Select and delete many at once
- On a computer every conversation has a checkbox; on a phone, tap Select first. Tick the box at the top to select the whole list, or hold Shift and click to select a range.
- The bar that appears can mark them read or unread, star, assign, summarize, close or delete them.
- Delete removes the conversation and its messages from PromoPilot for good. Nothing is deleted on Instagram, Facebook or in anyone's mailbox, and the contact stays in your CRM.
- On a team, deleting needs the deleting permission.
Get the gist with PromoPilot AI
- Press Summarize this conversation (1 credit). PromoPilot AI writes a headline, a short summary, the key details and a suggested next step.
- The headline also shows in the conversation list, and a conversation that looks like spam is marked Likely spam.
- Summaries are saved. When new messages arrive you can refresh one for 1 more credit; summarizing an unchanged conversation again is free.
Easier to read
- In long email threads, older emails are folded to one line. Click one to open it.
- Needs reply marks conversations where the contact wrote last.
- Previews skip quoted email history, so you see what the contact actually said.
