- Click on a future date in the calendar or click Schedule Content for This Day.
- Select an asset from your Content Library or upload a new one.
- Choose the platform(s): Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
- Set the date and time for publishing.
- Add or edit captions and hashtags for each platform.
- For YouTube posts, add a title, description, and optional thumbnail.
- Click Schedule.
Your post will appear on the calendar and will be automatically published at the scheduled time through your connected social accounts.
Hashtags are added after the post text on every platform. On YouTube they go at the end of the description, where the first three show above the title.
Note: Published and publishing posts cannot be edited or deleted. Make sure your content is correct before the scheduled time.
