Sites uses Stripe Connect to handle payments. Money from every order lands directly in your own Stripe account. PromoPilot never touches customer funds.
How to connect
- Open Settings and go to the Sites & Payments section.
- Click Connect with Stripe.
- Complete the Stripe-hosted onboarding: business name, tax ID, bank account, and identity verification. This is required by Stripe, not by us.
What Stripe sees
Your business details, bank account, and the payment intents that PromoPilot creates on your behalf. Stripe does not see your PromoPilot password, brand assets, or anything beyond the purchases customers make through your funnels.
Platform fee
The platform fee is currently 0. You keep 100% of the revenue minus Stripe processing fees (typically 1.5% plus 20p for UK cards). If we introduce a platform fee later we will tell you well in advance.
Already using Stripe elsewhere?
You can connect the same account you already use for another business, as long as both trade under your registered entity. In v1 we default accounts to the United Kingdom, so the business must be UK-based. Support for more countries is on the roadmap.
