Sites can sell digital products end-to-end. The customer pays through Stripe, you receive the money in your own account, and PromoPilot emails the customer a secure download link.
Create a product
- Open Sites > Products and click + New product.
- Give it a name and a price in the currency your Stripe account is set to.
- Upload the file the customer will download (PDF, zip, video, audio) as an Asset.
- PromoPilot auto-generates a product detail page (PDP) you can preview and publish.
Checkout flow
- Customer lands on the PDP (or a funnel checkout step) and clicks Buy.
- Stripe Elements collects the card. The payment intent is created on your connected account.
- On success, an Order record is created and the fulfillment task fires.
- The customer gets a receipt email with a signed download link.
- The link works for 7 days and up to 5 downloads. After either limit, the link is dead.
Stripe not connected yet?
You can still save a product as a draft. Products only sync to Stripe after you finish Connect onboarding, and checkout blocks pointing at an un-synced product are blocked at publish time.
