Reviewers do not need a PromoPilot account. When content is sent for approval, each reviewer receives an email with a secure link.
The Review Process
- Open the review link from your email.
- View the content items (images and videos) on the review page.
- Optionally leave a comment.
- Click Approve or Reject. If rejecting, a comment is required to explain why.
Review links are valid for 7 days. If a link expires, ask the sender to send a reminder, which comes with a fresh link.
The email also includes a second link to review inside the PromoPilot app as a guest. This gives you more context about the full approval pipeline without needing to create an account.
After you submit your decision, you will see a confirmation with a summary of your response.
