Booking quote visits and jobs for trades

For electricians, plumbers, heating engineers and builders: let customers book a visit at their address, remind them by text and chase the quote

Customers book a quote visit or a job at their own address, get reminded so somebody is in when you arrive, and every enquiry stays in one pipeline until the job is won.

1. Make the booking page

In CRM > Calendar > Booking pages, create one called, for example, Free quote visit. Set the length, a gap after each visit for travel, a daily limit and the notice you need. In Where, choose At their address: the form asks for the address and it becomes the meeting location, in their invite and in your calendar, with a Map link on the meeting card. Add questions such as What needs doing? and Postcode.

2. Set your hours

In Availability & sync, set your working days and hours, time off and bank holidays. Only free times are offered. With a team, add the engineers as hosts and choose round robin.

3. Deals

Pick a pipeline and stage on the page, such as Quote visit booked. Each booking creates or updates the contact and the deal, and records the ad or post that brought them.

4. Reminders and follow-up

In Playbooks > Templates, use Quote visit: confirm, remind and follow up. It texts to confirm, the day before and two hours before; two days after a visit you mark Showed it reminds you to chase the quote and texts them asking if they have questions; after a No-show it texts a rebook link. Texts go from your PromoPilot number, only to people who ticked the reminders box. Prefer email? Switch on the Booked call journey on the booking page (needs a verified email domain).

5. Put the page where customers find you

Share the link on your Facebook page, Google Business Profile and Instagram bio, or add the Booking block to your website or a funnel step.

6. On the day

Your visits are in CRM > Calendar, and the private subscribe link puts them in your phone's calendar. Customers can move or cancel from their email, and you are told when they do. The AI Receptionist (sold separately) can answer the calls you miss while you are on a job.
