The Calendar is in CRM > Calendar. It shows the meetings people booked with you, with your scheduled posts, email broadcasts and playbook messages on the same days.
Booking pages
A booking page is a kind of meeting with its own link. Set its length, who takes it, where it happens, the notice you need, the gap between calls, a daily limit and the questions to ask. Every booking becomes a contact, can add a deal to a pipeline stage and tags, and records where the visitor came from.
Where it happens: by phone, in person at your address, on your own video link, or at their address: the form asks for it, and it goes on the meeting, the invite and your calendar.
When people can book
In Availability & sync, set your working hours, time zone, time off and public holidays. Only free times are offered, and two people can never book the same time.
What they get
An email from your brand with a calendar invite for Apple, Google or Outlook, and a link to move or cancel. If the meeting moves, the invite moves with it.
Reminders and follow-up
Switch on the Booked call journey on a booking page: reminders a day and an hour before that follow the meeting, a thank-you for people who came and a rebook link for people who did not. Mark meetings Showed or No-show from their card. Playbooks also have meeting triggers, a Wait step around the meeting, a Wait for outcome step and the {{booking_link}} tag. Playbook emails need a verified email domain. In Playbooks > Templates, Appointment Reminder and Quote visit both start when someone books.
On your pages and in your calendar
Add the Booking block to a funnel step or website page. Availability & sync has a private subscribe link for iPhone, Mac, Outlook or Google Calendar; two-way Google and iCloud sync is coming next, with Google Meet links. Until then, choose Your own link on a booking page and paste a Zoom, Teams or Meet link.
