The Ad Workflow is a 5-step wizard that takes you from a single image or video to platform-ready ad creatives published across all your social accounts.
The Five Steps
- Source Selection - Upload an image, upload a video, or generate an image with AI (DALL-E).
- Select Platforms - Choose which platforms and placements to target (e.g. Instagram Feed, Facebook Story, TikTok Feed). Set a focal point on your image so the smart crop keeps the important part in frame.
- Preview Variants - Watch your content get resized in real time for every selected placement. Each variant shows its platform, dimensions, and aspect ratio.
- Add Content - Write a custom caption and hashtags for each platform variant.
- Publish / Schedule - Choose to publish now or schedule for later. Select which connected accounts to post to, then confirm.
After completing the wizard your posts appear on the Content Calendar and are published automatically at the scheduled time.
