Campaigns already running on Meta
Ads > Campaigns lists every campaign on your connected ad accounts under In Meta, whoever created it, with its Meta status, budget, spend, impressions, hook rate (video plays over impressions), CTR, clicks, leads on Meta, leads in the CRM and the CRM conversions the Conversions API sent for contacts from that campaign. The list opens on Active campaigns; switch to Paused or All to see the rest, and between the last 7 and 30 days.
Every row is live: Pause or Activate changes the campaign on Meta (activating asks you to confirm, because Meta starts spending straight away), and the pencil next to a campaign-level budget changes it. A campaign whose ad sets carry the budgets says Ad set budgets; open it and edit the ad set instead. Click a campaign to open it: the first open imports it (ad sets, ads and creatives) so it can be managed here, and later opens go straight to its Manage page.
On the Manage page the campaign, each ad set and each ad show the status Meta reports, with Pause and Activate on each. Click an ad's picture to view it or play its video, and press Preview on Meta to see the ad as Meta renders it for each placement. Refresh from Meta pulls the current statuses and ad set budgets as well as delivery. Editing one of its ad sets changes it on Meta straight away: name, budget, countries, ages, gender, placements and custom audiences (picked by name, or created under Ads > Audiences). The optimisation goal and the instant form are fixed once an ad set is live; the form is shown for reference. Ad sets you add to a live campaign stay local until you press Push new ad sets to Meta.
The Conversions API strip above the list says whether CRM conversions are flowing to Meta (how many pipelines are mapped, how many events were sent in the period, the last one) and links to its settings.
Create Ad, the step-by-step Meta ad wizard, now lives on the Create New page next to posts and videos rather than in the Ads menu.
