Previewing Meta ads before you push

See every placement while you edit the creative

When you build a Meta ad in PromoPilot the editor includes a live preview panel on the right. Every placement Meta supports (Facebook Feed, Instagram Reels, Stories, Messenger Inbox, Audience Network) shows up as a tab so you can check how your ad looks everywhere before pushing.

How it works

  • Pick the Facebook Page you want to post as at the top of the preview panel.
  • Pick a media asset (image or video) from the library on the left.
  • Type your headline, body copy, CTA, and destination URL. The preview refreshes about 3 seconds after you stop typing.
  • Click Refresh in the panel header to force an immediate update.
  • Use the top tabs to switch between Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network, then drill into each placement with the sub-tabs.

Limitations

  • A placement may show an error if your media does not fit that placement (e.g. a landscape image on a Story, or a vertical video in the Facebook right column). Other placements keep working. Once the ad is live, PromoPilot checks its placements again soon after launch and then daily.
  • Previews are rate-limited to one request every 30 seconds per ad account so Meta does not throttle you.
  • Previews do NOT create a real ad on Meta. Nothing is charged until you explicitly push the campaign.
