- On and off: the switch at the top. Archive is in the menu next to it.
- What starts it: triggers in plain words. Add or Edit opens a form; for comments, type a word and press Enter to add it.
- What it does: the steps in order. Click one to open it in the builder.
- How PromoPilot AI talks (playbooks with an AI sales chat step): tone, extra instructions and, if you want, one goal for every AI step.
- What PromoPilot AI knows: your description, services, knowledge base and pipeline, each with an Edit button that opens the right section.
- Settings: runs per hour, messages per hour and creating a deal when a run starts.
- Runs: counts and the latest runs.
