Reading the ROAS dashboard

Join Meta ad spend with pipeline revenue

The ROAS dashboard at Ads > ROAS joins your Meta ad spend with the revenue booked on your sales pipelines so you can see which campaigns are actually paying for themselves.

How it works

  1. Every 30 minutes PromoPilot pulls daily insights from Meta at campaign, ad set, and ad level.
  2. Each Meta lead contact carries an attribution event with the campaign ID.
  3. When an opportunity is marked Won, its value is attributed to the first-touch (or last-touch) campaign that brought the contact in.
  4. Spend divided into revenue gives the ROAS multiplier shown on each row.

First touch vs last touch

Toggle at the top of the dashboard. First-touch credits the campaign that originally acquired the lead; last-touch credits the most recent campaign.

Date range

Defaults to the last 30 days. Any window up to 180 days works. Revenue is counted against the date the deal was closed, not the date the lead arrived.
